The final walkthrough inspection is an important step in the new home construction process, as it gives you the opportunity to identify any issues before closing on the property and moving in. Before the final walkthrough prior to taking ownership of your home, we will perform a professional home inspection to verify the condition of each component to ensure that all aspects of the construction meet the agreed upon specifications and standards. We will check for any defects or incomplete work, and ensure that all systems and features are functioning properly according to our rigorous Standards of Practice. We will check Roof, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Structure, Appliances, Basement, Crawlspace, Attic, Interior, and Exterior and provide a detailed report with recommendations.
